We are so thrilled to have you kamp with us or join the Saturday Social event! If you replied that you will be kamping, Master Marcus or slave joy will show you around the property and help you pick a kamp site. If you plan to bring an RV or camp trailer (No RV hookups, please bring long extension cords for CPAPs) please see Keith upon arrival to get placed in the upper field.

Feel free to arrive any time after 11am on Friday Aug. 14th, 2026 to setup your kamp site and get the party started.
The Saturday social activities will start around 10am and go as late as you like.
We'll plan to wrap up around 6pm on Sunday.

We are located on 20 private forested acres in the Nisqually Forest Reserve a gated community of 70, sparsely populated, parcels of 20 acres. It's a bit of a drive but the drive offers a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier and the countryside.
About 2 miles from the house you will approach a large gate that looks a bit like a state park entrance, to your right are mailboxes, on the right of them is a keypad where you will enter the gate code. It is important to put the # sign in first or the gate code won’t work. You can also wait until someone drives in and follow them.

Kamping Info
If you plan to kamp please find Master Marcus or slave joy, who will be happy to show you the remaining kamp sites to choose from.
Feel free to drive up to the house to unload, then we ask you to park in the parking areas.
What to bring:
- Basic camping gear
- FLASHLIGHTS it gets really dark at night
- Bug spray
- Sunscreen
- Coolers with ice packs and ice
- Water & hydrating drinks
- Food
- Tent/sleeping bag
- Warmer clothes it gets cooler at night
- Canopies
- Camp chairs
- Kinky toys and furniture
- Yard or table games
- Extension cord if you need power for a CPAP
There will be a small, community share, beverage snack table with limited coffee, water, and small snacks. Also there will be grills available to use.
Saturday Social
Whether you're kamping or not we hope that you can join us for the Saturday fun.
We'll start around 10am and go as late as you like.
Feel free to drive up to the house to unload, then we ask you to park in the parking areas.

General Info
- It's a bit of a `drive and about 30 min. from the closest gas station or store so plan accordingly
- If you forgot something, please ask
- The Event is clothing optional inside the gate, if you take a walk outside the gate on one of the trails you might run into a neighbor so please be respectful
- Please limit fires to the fire pit area
- There will be shared grills
- There will be an outdoor station with potable hot & cold water to rinse dishes
- We will have two porta potties (Thank you to House of Capricorn for sponsoring!) and indoor bathroom as well as an outdoor heated shower
- There won't be any dungeon monitors, play rules: Be safe and have fun
- Feel free to use the equipment or bring your own
- Cell coverage is spotty for some carriers, if you walk to the end of the driveway you should get service but feel free to connect to the "Friends" WiFi with no password and enabling "WiFi calling"
Rules:
- This is an adult social & play party, we ask attendees to be 21 or older, anyone between 18-21 is on a case by case vetting bases and here with a partner or party of folx
- There are no dungeon monitors negotiate and play at your comfort level, sexual activity & edgeplay are at your discernment & risk
- No drugs. For those who will be consuming alcohol knowing your own risks
- Please be vanilla clothed and action appropriate when outside our gate or not on our property
- Please smoke in the designated smoking canopy
- We will have garbage and recycling cans, but it would help if you would take your dry garbage and recycle with you
Please use the property, furniture, toys, other people, yourself, etc. at your own risk and be safe, we are not licensed, bonded, insured or responsible for bad things
Activities
We'll have some dungeon furniture and yard games setup, feel free to use them or bring your own.
The time will be mostly unstructured with some various activities going that you are welcome to join.
Optional scheduled Saturday activities include:
- PRE-SIGNUP REQUIRED: This year there will be a few options for furniture workshop, the new project will be a horse, however we will also be doing a few projects from previous camps.
- Spanking Horse ($100 cost of material)

- This classic bondage horse has a padded center and two knee/arm wrests to provide a relaxed and comfortable experience as your being beaten.
Cost covers the wood, vinal, pad, hardware and finish. Finish can be unfinished, burned look or stained.
Skill level: Med - Take Down Cross ($100 cost of material)

- This classic St. Andrews Cross with a take down twist. This version easily breaks down into parts with no tools to discreetly transport or store.
Skill level: Med - Walking yoke style stock ($20 for cost of materials)

- Yoke (walking) style details: Smaller collar type that locks your neck and wrists up to the sides of your neck with a single wooden bar.
These are great for being able to walk around and are small enough to fit in a toy bag.
Measuring just 38"x10" and can be sized to fit anyone.
Cost covers the wood, locking hardware and finish. Finish can be burned look or stained.
Skill level: basic - Workshop starts around 10 am. please plan to be ready to start no later than 11 am so that we have time to finish.
- Must RVSP to this workshop so Sir knows how much material he needs. Payment due by start of the workshop in cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
- 3pm-5pm Kinky Carnival Games and Obstacle Course!
- Sign-up on site, thuddy and stingy prizes to be had!
- Sunday ends with prizes for best bruise and best marks
Activities:
- Friday evening: Kinky scavenger hunt! hosted by: Masosassichist
- Unconference style sign up sheet (first come first sign up) for Saturday & Sunday for those who want to do a skill share or lead a discussion in a designated area separate from play & social areas.
- Saturday night cigar social around the fire pit, Hosted by South Sound Cigar Social
- Fully equipped dungeon along with many trees
- We welcome those who would like to bring or share more furniture.
- Medium above ground chlorine pool to sit & soak
- Outdoor heated shower
- Medium kiddy pool for sploshing/food play, oil or jello wrestling.
- Many vanilla yard games, that I am sure you could kinkify.
- Littles Corner full of coloring and other crafts to create - hosted by Cascade Rangers
- Please feel free to bring your favorite coloring books or crafts for yourself or to share
